Y Body Cuts

This group fitness class brings a resistance training program into the fitness studio. Participants will find the program challenging and the routine simple. Participants will utilize barbells that can be adjusted from 5 lbs. - 100 lbs., making it appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels. The instructor will use movements that are simple to insure the safety and effectiveness, as well as allowing all participants to successfully complete the class. This motivating class will target all or most major muscle groups.

Zumba

This class fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!
